RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites, including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like Yahoo, and personal weblogs. But it's not just for news. Pretty much anything that can be broken down into discrete items can be syndicated via RSS, including rental property listings. Once information about each property is in RSS format, an RSS-aware program can check the feed for changes and react to the changes in an appropriate way.
If you click an RSS link but do not have a compatible reader installed, you will see XML code in your browser. To view the headlines, paste the feed address into an RSS news reader (such as My Yahoo! or RSS Reader), or use a browser which supports RSS feeds. Newest Listings displays our 5 most recent listings. This content changes daily.
We also have an RSS feed for every single location within GuestOfOwner.com. If you are interested in receiving an RSS list of our vacation rentals from a particular location (such as Breckenridge, CO), please search through our site using the Location Search option on the left side of the page. When you get to the particular location that you are interest in, just click on the Add To My Yahoo! button on the top of the search results.
