This luxury villa is in an elevated position with distant views of the Disney World area, the community is in a prime location surrounded by orange groves, quiet yet only minutes from all the action. Set on one level with air conditioning throughout, our villa has been furnished throughout to the highest standard and the kitchen is equipped with all you could need including an oven/ hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area comprises a lounge featuring cable television and a separate dining room. There are 3 bedrooms, a double room also with cable television plus ensuite bathroom and 2 twin rooms that share a separate bathroom. Outside, there are gardens front and rear, the pool deck has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The private pool has underwater lighting, which is screened for your benefit and can be heated if you choose out-of-summer months, at an additional charge. The Hamlet at West Haven is in a great location just 15 minutes from Disney Main Gate, 20 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studios, 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre, 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes to Sanford Airport. There are also many great golf courses close-by, not least of which are the two Greg Norman designed courses at Champions Gate, just 2 minutes away. The villa is ideally located close to the local amenities. Approximately 2 minutes drive away are a deli, Subway (bread rolls, you choose the filling), general store, pharmacy, hairdressers, bar, various shops and a petrol station. It has an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, athletic equipment, and laundry facilities, all of which is open and available for use year round. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the 4000 square foot Clubhouse is the centre of activity for everyone. It contains the following features, a community lounge for informal get together, swimming pool and sun loungers, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness center, volleyball sand court, computer room for guest access to the internet, video games room, and children’s play area. A tennis court with a separate swimming pool/Jacuzzi is located close to the clubhouse and only a short walk from our property. An open floor plan on the main level offers a great setting for getting together. Master bedroom and second bedroom have a queen size bed, a third queen bed in the loft and a sofa sleeper in the living area.Guests have full access to the amenities at the clubhouse. There is an outdoor heated pool and two latge hot tubs, which are accessible year round. The clubhouse also includes a tennis court, three indoor courts for basketball, raquetball and wallyball. Coin operated laundry facilities, an exercise room and a steamroom. This Meadow Ridge property is on the shuttle bus route during our ski season to transport guest around town.
