Oceanfront with private pool, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Casa Pamela is a luxurious vacation home located in the exclusive residential community of La Puntilla, just 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on Mexico's Pacific coast. Casa Pamela is the epitome of elegance and comfort and is decorated with whimsical artwork and Mexican Folk Art throughout. Sliding glass doors across the living room, dining area and master bedroom span the entire width of the house and provide a spectacular view over the pool, the gardens and the ocean. In the living room, in addition to comfortable furniture, tucked away in an armoire you will find a TV with English Language Satellite, VCR and video collection, CD player and CD's as well as a collection of books and board games. In the dining area there is a large glass-topped dining table surrounded by four high back wrought iron chairs, accented by a mirrored wall and beautiful artwork. The king sized master bedroom and en-suite master bath with soaker tub and shower open onto the poolside patio where you can watch the spectacular sunrises over Banderas Bay from the patio, or right from your bed! The second and third bedrooms, both with queen size beds, look onto the landscaped front garden. The third bedroom has TV with English Language Satellite and there are two full bathrooms with marble showers adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. The living room and three bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans and sparkling white marble floors throughout the house. The fully equipped white tiled kitchen is complete with fridge, four burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. As well, there is a laundry room off the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. Step outside to your own private oasis surrounded by shimmering waters and a spectacular oceanfront view. In the morning, relax on the patio with a cup of coffee and watch the sun make its way over the mountains. Spend the day lounging in the beautiful pool or sunbathing on the poolside patio. The beach, relatively private and without vendors, is just steps away across the palm lined common garden. At night, the lights of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta shimmer in the distance across the Bay of Banderas. Enjoy a cool, relaxing drink in the shade of the full length overhang where you can read a good book, play games, watch the birds and sea life and the wide expanse of the Bay before you. From Casa Pamela it's an easy and enjoyable stroll into the village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle for shopping and restaurants. A security guard is at the gated entrance 24 hours a day, and a security patrolman is on the beach in the evenings and throughout the night. Our American, English/Spanish speaking Property Manager, Michelle will greet you on your first morning to answer any of your questions. A handbook in the house details pool, lawn, and maid service, and we provide a list of things to do as well as a list of some of our favourite restaurants and places for evening entertainment.

Rental Policies:
Easter weeks -- $300.00 US per night, 1 - 4 people.
Christmas/New Year -- $375.00 US per night, 1 - 4
people. Additional charge of $25.00 US per person, per
night for 5, 6, 7 and 8 persons, any season. Summer
Special -- July 1 - Sept 15 -- $200.00 US per night, for
1 - 2 people, minimum 7 night booking. Please refer to
the Rates Page of the website for complete booking terms
and procedures.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people, adults only, please.
